Impact assessment using the Triple Bottom Line : People, Planet and Profits, based on sound principles
Did we arrive at our destination? What does it look like?

Questions we help answer:
What’s different as a result of the project's efforts?
How can we measure a project's success? socially? environmentally? economically?
What are the important indicators?
What are the project-specific indicators?
How do the indicators link together?
How can we use the existing data from partner organisation to measure and report the impact?
How can we create a standard index to demonstrate the impact?
How can we use the existing reporting standards to report the impact?
How can we see the important data in real-time? How can the stakeholders stay engaged in the dashboard?

Output (1 year)
Description:  Immediate results (direct products of project activities), usually tracked for a year. Outputs link directly to project activities; activities are what is done. Outputs are the expected results of what is done
Outcome (2-3 years)
Description:  Intermediate results (1 to 3 years after project starts), what success looks like mid-term. Outcomes relate to your objectives; objectives are desired, outcomes are the expected results.
Impact (4-10 years)
Description:  Long-term measurable results . Impacts relate to goals; a goal is desired, impacts are the expected end-results.
