Who we serve - A Good Project

A Good Project:
  • is often called an 'impact investment' project: refers to investments made based on the practice of assessing not only the financial return on investment, but also the social and environmental impacts of the investment that happen in the course of the operations of the business and the consumption of the product or service which the business creates. An impact investor seeks to enhance social structure or environmental health as well as achieve financial returns. (WP)
  • adequately answers the Impact and Efficiency questions
  • is often at the intersection of a Huge Problem, a Radical Solution and a Breakthrough Technology
  • has its financing based on initial need and then subsequent funding based on delivery of an agreed upon milestone / indicator
  • is composed of goals, objectives, activities, outputs, outcomes and impacts
  • is part of a managed portfolio and has its determined place in the Value Chain
  • has 3 distinct plans: strategic, project management and financial
  • has input measured and monitored in light of the desired outcome
  • has input that is ‘gamified’ to increase stakeholder engagement
  • has its execution and outcome in real-time transparency and accountability
  • is delivered when it has all 8 critical success factors:
  1. On time, On budget, On spec,
  2. To the satisfaction of the client, the boss and the team
  3. With a project plan and a positive evaluation
  • generates tangible and intangible outcomes and impacts which need to be monitored
  • has its donor's satisfaction is based on the outcome and impact, not the methods to the outcome
  • knows that its learnings (lessons, mistakes, methods, processes) are the most important data to be collected, shared and promote

We build TRUST by helping deliver good projects & helping measure, monitor and promote their impacts on the People, the Planet and the Profits.
